Tenth Line

Canada ICI arranged CMHC-insured first mortgage financing to facilitate the construction of a mixed-use apartment known as Tenth Line. 

Located in the suburb of Orleans, Ottawa, Ontario, Tenth Line will be a newly constructed four-building apartment complex featuring 251 residential units and 4,068 SF of main-floor commercial space.
