The Allure

Canada ICI successfully arranged CMHC-insured financing of The Allure, a two-building mixed-use apartment complex in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each building will be six stories tall, constructed of wood frame, and offering a total of 155 residential units and 7,201 sq. ft. of main floor commercial space.
