Canada ICI arranged first mortgage financing to facilitate the re-financing of a two office-retail property portfolio with 53,149 square feet of leasable area, located in the St. Boniface neighborhood in Winnipeg, Manitoba. One property is a multi-tenant office building, and the other is a multi-tenant commercial property with a mix of office and retail tenants.
