Canada ICI arranged the successful funding for two residential buildings in Gatineau, Québec. These buildings collectively offer 160,476 square feet of leasable area and 212 units. Construction for this phase (B4/B5) is anticipated to commence in Q3 2025. Residents will benefit from a comprehensive suite of amenities, including top-tier security, heated sidewalks, indoor parking, and superior soundproofing. The extensive outdoor space, spanning 40,000 square feet, features pickleball courts, fitness stations, a heated infinity pool, and a dog park. Indoor facilities, covering 12,000 square feet, provide a gym, yoga studio, lounge, coworking spaces, and secure parcel lockers with Wi-Fi.
