Canada ICI arranged CMHC-insured construction financing for West Summit Apartments, a two-building, 246-unit apartment complex located in Victoria, British Columbia. Of the two wood-frame construction buildings, Building A will be 8-storeys and Building B will be 6-storeys. The subject site is in the Bear Mountain neighbourhood, which is located just minutes from Downtown and reigns as Victoria’s undisputed capital of outdoor recreational living. Bear Mountain offers an idyllic natural setting with golf clubs, impressive mountain biking and hiking trail network, an indoor/outdoor clay tennis court centre, shopping and restaurants.
