Canada ICI arranged CMHC-insured construction financing for West Summit Apartments, a two-building, 246-unit apartment complex in Victoria, British Columbia.

Building A will have eight storeys, and Building B will have six. The subject site is in the Bear Mountain neighbourhood in Victoria, located just minutes from Downtown offers an idyllic natural setting with golf clubs, an impressive mountain biking and hiking trail network, an indoor/outdoor clay tennis court centre, shopping, and restaurants.
