Canada ICI arranged the funding for a 110,000-square-foot heritage office building in Kingston, Ontario. Initially constructed in 1882 as the Kingston Cotton Manufacturing Company, the property has evolved through several uses, hosting textile operations and manufacturing enterprises before becoming commercial space—all while retaining its architectural character and historical presence. This building has been an integral part of the Kingston landscape for over 150 years.
