Nate joined Canada ICI in 2015 with a background in investment sales at a global commercial real estate services firm. His passion for real estate and urban development, combined with a clear emphasis on client relationships has been demonstrated throughout his six years of commercial real estate experience. Nate has been directly involved in both the sale and financing of over $500 Million in asset value, and has been integral to Canada ICI Toronto’s continued growth.
I joined CICI because our unique platform enables us to take a multidimensional approach to serving our clients’ needs. Everything from initial acquisition, pre-development, construction, bridge loans, and long-term financing can be there for our clients when and where they need us.
Working at CICI has taught me the value of work culture and the art of the deal. We have the most accomplished group of professionals in our field, and we have fun while we motivate each other to succeed. We collaborate and share insights with each other, further enabling us to structure the most competitive financing in the market.
I am proud of establishing our brand in new major markets in Canada and the relationships that I have built along the way. Starting in our Calgary office in 2015, I quickly joined our new Toronto office when we expanded to Ontario. After nearly five years on Bay Street, I am now focused on emulating that success in beautiful British Columbia.

My favourite part of my role is exceeding my clients’ expectations and delivering results on time and in line with their requirements.
