I joined CICI because of its entrepreneurial drive backed by a strong platform.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because everyday you create solutions. The financing needs to tailor the situation that ranges from the owner’s motivations, the tenants within the property, the environmental situation, the legal nuances, and of course, the bottom line.
I have my sights set on growth – enabling the team to grow to achieve corporate and personal goals. CICI has incredible opportunity for growth in numerous areas and I am excited to be part of making that a reality.
What I find fascinating is how real estate enables the social connections of live, work, play and learning. It is always changing with new users of space and innovations in how to use space.
My personal core values are integrity and purpose.
