Alyson Gruhle has been working at Canada ICI since the opening of the Winnipeg office in 2013. Before becoming a mortgage analyst, she worked as an administrative assistant with ICI for seven years. Alyson underwrites loan packages, conducts market research, and assists brokers with funding mortgages.
I joined Canada ICI because I have always had a passion for real estate and wanted to learn more about the commercial real estate industry.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because it is a fast-paced, exciting environment, and you get to meet a lot of interesting people.
I believe the keys to success are hard work, determination, and a positive attitude.
I am proud to be one of the first employees hired at the Winnipeg office and watching the office grow.
