Daniel started as a Mortgage Analyst at Canada ICI in 2024. A recent graduate of Concordia University, Daniel has completed internships in both private and public investment roles, where he developed strong analytical and financial modelling skills. His experience at British Columbia Investments (BCI) and Public Sector Pension Investments (PSP) has equipped him with a solid foundation in deal underwriting and market research.
Daniel is excited to bring his expertise in financial analysis and a keen interest in the real estate industry to the Canada ICI team. He looks forward to contributing to the firm’s success and pursuing professional growth in the dynamic field of commercial real estate.
I joined CICI because I wanted to explore commercial real estate space and further my understanding of the industry.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because I have a passion for real estate investing.
