Canada ICI arranged first mortgage CMHC Select-insured financing to facilitate the construction of a 246-unit apartment complex in Gatineau, Québec. The three buildings feature six storeys and are designed with modern features consistent with new low-rise apartment developments in the Gatineau Region.
