Prior to joining Canada ICI, Christian built experience in software development and enterprise systems, where he worked on large-scale operational platforms, data analysis, AI-driven tools, and process optimization in highly regulated environments. His background combines analytical problem-solving, financial analysis, and client-focused project management. Earlier in his career, Christian managed residential improvement projects, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, client relationships, and team coordination.

Driven by a strong interest in real estate analytics, he has also developed custom data-scraping and data-modeling tools to evaluate market listings and housing price trends.

At Canada ICI, Christian brings a rigorous attention to detail, strong technical and financial analytical skills, and a thoughtful approach to support commercial mortgage underwriting and the analysis of complex real estate financing transactions.
