Matt oversees the Ottawa office, originating conventional financing across all asset classes and CMHC-insured debt on multi-residential rental opportunities throughout Canada.
Matt joined Canada ICI in 2015 after spending seven years in commercial real estate banking. Matt’s banking experience has provided him with an appreciation for facilitating partnerships with clients by structuring intricate and complex projects for their construction financing, asset acquisition, and refinancing needs.
Before joining CICI, I was a seasoned generalist commercial lender with a Schedule I Bank for seven years.
I am motivated by adding value to my clients’ financing needs.
