Eric Dankner

Bio

Prior to joining Canada ICI’s Ottawa office in 2024, Eric gained five years of experience in the residential real estate sector in Québec. As both a mortgage and real estate broker, he assisted a diverse range of clients with their sales, purchases, and rental requirements.

Now at Canada ICI, Eric enjoys conducting market research and underwriting loan packages across various commercial real estate asset classes: including, multifamily, land, retail, industrial, and office properties. Leveraging his unique perspective from past experience, Eric contributes to the team’s success by facilitating funding transactions and navigating the complexities of commercial real estate financing.

I joined CICI to immerse myself in the dynamic setting of the commercial real estate industry, to capitalize on the opportunity to engage in diverse deals, and to collaborate closely with highly skilled professionals in the field.

I believe the keys to success are continuous learning, discipline, and hard work.

My strengths are being extremely organized, patient, and performing well under pressure.

I am looking forward to acquiring expertise in the commercial industry to help my professional growth, acquiring new skills, and forging valuable connections within Canada ICI and the commercial sector.
