Bio
Bill joined Canada ICI in 2019 after spending 8 years with RBC where he worked in the Real Estate and Construction Group. He managed a portfolio of over $100 million in annual commercial lending and worked with some of the largest construction companies and landlords in Winnipeg.
Bill has strong relationships with real estate owners, contractors and knowledge of end to end construction which provides value to his clients in structuring financing across all asset classes. His business and finance background coupled with a client first approach make him a trusted advisor to commercial real estate owners and investors.
I joined CICI because I wanted to provide solutions for my commercial real estate clients that are outside of the box and learn from the best financing experts in the country. Coming to Canada ICI has allowed me the ability to work for my clients within all asset classes and be their financing expert.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because it allows me to be a part of my clients vision in growing and improving our cities. I’m able to find ways to bring projects to fruition that benefit our communities where we live, work and play.
I believe the keys to success are trust, transparency and doing the right thing 100% of the time.
Working at CICI has taught me that there is no “one way” to look at a deal. The understanding of commercial real estate finance that our team has is unmatched which allows us to move quickly and provide highly structured lending arrangements.
