Bill Pigden is a Principal at Canada ICI based in Winnipeg, recognized for delivering sophisticated commercial real estate financing solutions across a broad range of asset classes throughout Canada.
Prior to joining Canada ICI, Bill worked with a major Canadian Schedule I bank in its Real Estate and Construction Group, where he managed a commercial lending portfolio and advised construction firms, developers and landlords across Manitoba.
Bill has extensive experience in structuring complex financing solutions that include CMHC insured loans, conventional loans, new construction, mezzanine financing and land financing. His transaction experience spans markets from British Columbia to Ontario, providing clients with valuable insight into regional opportunities and lending dynamics.
Combining a strong background in business, finance, and construction lending with a client-first approach, Bill helps his clients secure strategic mortgage capital and execute successful real estate financing strategies across Canada.
I joined CICI because I wanted to provide solutions for my commercial real estate clients that are outside of the box and learn from the best financing experts in the country. Coming to Canada ICI has allowed me the ability to work for my clients within all asset classes and be their financing expert.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because it allows me to be a part of my clients vision in growing and improving our cities. I’m able to find ways to bring projects to fruition that benefit our communities where we live, work and play.
