Bio
Kyle Kuzina began working at Canada ICI as a Mortgage Analyst in April 2018, after graduating from the Asper School of Business with a degree in Finance. At Canada ICI, he has developed the knowledge and skills for mortgage underwriting, commercial real estate financial analysis and creative debt structuring throughout all types of asset classes. Kyle has underwritten a considerable amount of financing for properties located in the City of Winnipeg and around the Province of Manitoba, as well as other Canadian major markets. His extensive underwriting experience has given him the confidence to perform any task, assuring clients that a thorough analysis has been provided on any financing inquiry.
I joined CICI because I have a passion for commercial real estate finance and was looking for a company to work for that provides great experience in the field.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because you can use problem-solving to help people improve their real estate investments.
Working at CICI has taught me the knowledge and skills for mortgage underwriting, commercial real estate financial analysis, and creative debt structuring.
What I like most about working at CICI is getting the ability to underwrite all types of asset classes, in the City of Winnipeg, the Province of Manitoba, and other major markets in Canada.
My favorite part of my role is financial modeling and debt structuring commercial real estate in excel spreadsheets.
