Bio

Jacob joined Canada ICI in April 2025 as a mortgage analyst, bringing with him two years of experience as an Account Manager at the Desjardins Business Center, where he specialized in the commercial real estate market. With a solid understanding of commercial real estate financing, he has successfully managed a range of projects, including those financed through CMHC as well as conventional methods.

Jacob’s ability to navigate complex transactions has made him a key contributor in supporting real estate developers and investors. Motivated to take on new challenges, Jacob aims to leverage his expertise within the competitive and dynamic environment of Canada ICI. His goal is to continue refining his skills and contribute to high-impact real estate projects that leave a meaningful mark on the industry.

I joined CICI to pursue success in the commercial real estate industry and to learn from accomplished professionals.

I like working in commercial real estate finance because of the complexity and challenging aspects of bringing a project to fruition.
