Bio
Thomas joined Canada ICI in June 2025, bringing over two decades of experience in Commercial Real Estate Lending with a Schedule A Bank. Throughout his career, he gained extensive exposure to a broad spectrum of complex lending structures across all major asset classes, serving a diverse client base that included private developers and publicly traded REITs.
Progressing through increasingly senior roles, Thomas was instrumental in originating, underwriting, and funding loan volumes exceeding $2.5 billion. In his most recent position as Director within the National Real Estate Group, he led market management efforts for the Atlantic Region, demonstrating strategic leadership and deep industry insight.
My strengths are client centric thinking and executing with precision.
I like working in Commercial Real Estate finance because I am fascinated by the construction process and this is my way of participating in an exciting industry; in my free time, you will always find me mid-stage of a home reno project!
I have my sights set on supporting the local development community as they shape the beautiful City we live in.
