Rayyan joined Canada ICI in the summer of 2023. He works with the mortgage origination team to analyze and underwrite commercial real estate investments and conducts market research.
Rayyan graduated from the University of Alberta with a Business Economics and Law degree with distinction and a Certificate in Real Estate. Rayyan’s classes for the Certificate solidified his passion for commercial real estate. His academic journey culminated with him being one of the lead presenters for the University of Alberta team at the Battle of the Prairies case competition in 2023, where he and his team placed first.
Rayyan looks forward to building on his academic foundation with real-world knowledge while positively contributing to Canada ICI and the industry.
I joined CICI because I have a passion for commercial real estate, and I want to elevate my expertise while contributing to a purpose that I resonate with.
