Brendan joined Canada ICI in April 2026 following the completion of his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the Asper School of Business, majoring in Finance and Accounting. He is passionate about developing his skills in commercial real estate finance and expanding his knowledge within the industry.
I joined CICI because I was drawn by the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and build a strong foundation in commercial real estate finance.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because I enjoy combining financial analysis with real world assets, with every deal being different and requiring both quantitative thinking and market insights.
I believe the keys to success are hard work, consistency, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
I am motivated by setting ambitious goals and working to achieve them.
