Brent has held senior roles in the commercial real estate industry for over 9 years, prior to joining Canada ICI he managed a private equity firm that acquired over $250 million in assets and ranked as one of Canada’s 100 fastest growing companies. Working on all asset classes, Brent’s focus is on helping his clients develop, acquire, and maintain the most profitable real estate portfolio possible, while delivering certainty that the financing will be reliably executed.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because it gives one a unique window, an ability to influence all of the components of a transaction and touch all asset classes.
I believe the keys to success are to take on the responsibility of the entire transaction, be the quarterback for all the parties involved, and to drive it forward with a sense of urgency.
