Saeid works closely with the senior management team, ensuring alignment in Canada ICI’s scaling initiatives. He has held key roles in commercial real estate, technology and finance. Before joining Canada ICI, he was a major accounts manager at CoStar Group, earning top Canadian sales in 2022 out of a salesforce of 25 people and was in the top 12% of CoStar’s global sales force of 650 across Canada, the US, and the UK.
Before CoStar, Saeid was involved in both real estate investment sales and leasing as a broker in Vancouver with Lee & Associates and Marcus & Millichap. He has extensive acquisition, disposition, and leasing experience in commercial properties, providing local government, multi-national corporations, landlords, developers, and entrepreneurs with a full range of real estate services.
Before transitioning into commercial brokerage, Saeid worked in public accounting, advising commercial real estate brokerages, institutional investors, owners, developers, lenders and REITs. Saeid is a strong leader who can drive team performance and inspire collaboration.
I believe the keys to success begin with a clear vision of what you want to achieve and setting specific, realistic, and achievable goals. Having a well-defined purpose helps me stay focused and motivated.
