Bio
Manasvee joined Canada ICI in August 2022 after four years of experience in fund valuations and investment banking. In her role, she conducts market research, structures, underwrites, and funds commercial real estate loans across all asset classes, with a specific focus on multi-unit residential loans (CMHC, acquisition, term, interim, and construction).
She holds a Master of Commerce in Banking & Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, along with a Post Graduation in Financial Planning from George Brown College. Currently a CFA candidate, Manasvee brings a strong educational background and years of industry experience to her role at Canada ICI.
I believe the keys to success are striving to achieve what you want and never giving up; always keep swimming (inspired by Nemo, obviously); following your passion and staying close to your loved ones.
I am motivated by progress and advancing by learning new things and skills every time an opportunity presents itself.
I look forward to learning, growing, and contributing my skills and experience with Canada ICI and establishing an exciting turn in my career in Canada’s commercial real estate industry.
