Pedro Aparicio joined Canada ICI with a strong foundation in mortgage lending and financial analysis. Prior to joining the firm, Pedro worked as a Mortgage Officer in Underwriting at Home Trust Company, where he evaluated residential mortgage applications, supported credit decisions, and gained hands-on experience in loan structuring and risk assessment.
While pursuing his university studies, Pedro also served as a Finance Intern at the Canadian Olympic Committee. During this time, he contributed to financial reporting initiatives, further strengthening his analytical capabilities and attention to detail. His diverse experience across both corporate and financial sectors equips him with a well-rounded perspective and a commitment to excellence in the commercial real estate industry.
I joined CICI to gain experience in commercial real estate and to learn from seasoned professionals in the industry.
