Bio
Dale has been actively involved in commercial real estate finance since 1986. In 1993, he founded Canada ICI, which today has offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, and Toronto, with annual origination volumes in excess of $2.5 billion. Dale is a visionary entrepreneur who believes in the value of building excellent relationships and mentoring a strong leadership team to support the growth and vision of Canada ICI.
With extensive knowledge of both the debt and equity markets, Dale has personally arranged in excess of $8 billion in capital over his career. In 2010, under Dale’s direction, Canada ICI developed an interactive database that is populated with over 40,000 commercial properties in Alberta. The database automatically updates Canada ICI with all the latest sales, financing, and investment activities, along with providing details of the shareholders and directors of the companies who are active in Alberta’s commercial real estate marketplace.
