Dale Klein is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Canada ICI Capital Corporation, a premier commercial real estate finance firm in Canada. With nearly forty years of industry experience, Dale has been instrumental in transforming Canada ICI into a national leader, with offices spanning the country, annual origination volumes surpassing $15 billion, and over $9 billion in assets under management.
Since establishing Canada ICI in 1993, Dale has fostered a culture defined by relationship-driven leadership, mentorship, and strategic innovation. His vision has shaped a collaborative, integrity-focused, and high-performing organization that continues to achieve consistent growth.
In addition to his role at Canada ICI, Dale is the Founder and President of Canada West Limited, a diversified asset management group, and the Founder of Sector Mortgage Management Inc.
Dale’s commitment to leadership extends beyond the private sector. He served on the Edmonton International Airport Board from 2012 to 2020, including five years as Chair of the Audit Committee. He also contributed his expertise to NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT, serving three years as a Trustee and two years as Chairman of the Board, supporting the advancement of healthcare infrastructure.
