Bio
Bruce has been with Canada ICI since 1997 after working as a lender in a large financial institution and has over 25 years’ experience in commercial finance. Since joining, he has funded over $4 billion in commercial mortgage transactions. Specializing in multifamily residential projects, Bruce works closely with developers to structure their commercial financing and continue their growth within the Canadian real estate market.
