Bio
Glenn has been with Canada ICI since 2010. Working alongside several premier real estate investors and developers, Glenn is goal-oriented, collaborative, and driven, applying a focused and thoughtful approach to each specific deal structure to ensure financing is placed to meet the clients’ needs. Prior to joining Canada ICI, Glenn spent 10 years in multiple locations, including Colorado, California, Massachusetts, Nevada, and British Columbia after being drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in 2002.
I believe the keys to success are listening to the client’s needs and having the knowledge and experience to form a customized financing solution that I can execute on.
I am proud of the developers and real estate investors I’ve been able to work alongside over the past decade at CICI.
Before I joined CICI I was playing hockey in the Edmonton Oiler’s organization where I was drafted after completing 4 years of Division 1 NCAA hockey and obtaining my degree from the University of Denver.
My strengths are my experience in working on all asset classes across Canada for both conventional and CMHC loan products including refinancing, interim/construction financing, acquisition financing, bridge financing, mezzanine financing etc.
What I like most about working at CICI is the culture of the company, which supports a team mentality as opposed to an individual mentality.
