Bio

Reese Rolheiser is a Principal at Canada ICI based in Edmonton. He specializes in structuring and arranging commercial mortgage financing solutions across a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes throughout Canada.

Reese’s expertise includes construction, term, and acquisition financing, with a focus on multi-family development, term debt, and CMHC financing.

Since joining Canada ICI, Reese has worked with institutional, private, and not-for-profit developers and landlords, helping structure financing solutions tailored to each client, deal, and borrower.

Prior to joining Canada ICI, Reese attended Quinnipiac University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA through an accelerated curriculum while playing Division I NCAA hockey.

Reese combines financial expertise, discipline, and a client-focused approach to help borrowers secure financing solutions that support successful commercial real estate projects across Canada.
