Bio

Reese spent four years playing Division I NCAA college hockey for Quinnipiac University on a hockey scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA, which were completed on an accelerated curriculum. Post-college, Reese spent a year playing pro hockey in Germany before joining the Canada ICI team full time in 2014.

Reese’s expertise includes construction, term, and acquisition financing spanning all commercial real estate asset classes in markets across Canada, with a focus on multi-family development and term debt, including CMHC financing. Having structured capital for institutional, private, and not-for-profit developers/landlords, Reese prides himself on taking a uniquely tailored approach to each client, focusing on delivering the best-suited structure for each specific deal and borrower.
