Bio

Graduating from the Alberta School of Business, Josh possesses a solid foundation in Business Economics and Law, complemented by a minor in Marketing. During his academic studies, he gained valuable insights at creative marketing agencies in Toronto and Edmonton, where he developed his strategic skill set and thrived in collaborative team environments.

Josh’s transition to commercial real estate was fueled by a desire to apply his business acumen in a dynamic industry. His experience in marketing equips him with the communication, organizational, and relationship skills essential for success in commercial real estate. Embarking on this new chapter, Josh is enthusiastic about leveraging his collaborative nature and professionalism to make meaningful contributions to the team at Canada ICI.

I joined CICI because of the opportunity to learn under some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry while simultaneously gaining exposure to a wide array of deal types. 

I believe the keys to success are a consistent drive to learn and improve while also having the humility to accept feedback and ask for guidance when needed.

I am motivated by the people in my life who have always been in my corner; specifically my friends and siblings. They hold me accountable and push me to be at my best. 

I am looking forward to adding value to the ICI team and developing my professional relationships.
