Kevin has been an integral member of the Canada ICI team since 2010 and leverages his deep commercial real estate relationships to position his clients with market-leading debt and equity solutions that facilitates growth and future success. Kevin’s unique background as a Division I NCAA college athlete and his European hockey experience serves as a platform for the goal-oriented, determined, and forward-thinking solutions he provides industry-leading developers and landlords every day.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because a successful real estate finance transaction requires a diverse skill set—an understanding of financial modelling, construction, budgeting, design, leasing and legal securities. No two deals are the same, and we have the ability to make a positive impact on all asset classes.
Before I joined CICI, I played professional hockey in Germany, Denmark, and the United States and was an NCAA Division I, college athlete.
What I like most about working at CICI is that the same traits required to be a part of a successful hockey team applies to working here. Teamwork, resilience, grit, working towards a common goal and comradery.
It comes down to understanding what our client values: communication. I strongly believe setting the table for appropriate expectations is key.
