Bio
Armaan joined Canada ICI’s Calgary office in 2021. He has completed his bachelor of commerce degree with distinction from the University of Calgary. Now, he is a part of the Mortgage Origination team in Calgary where he helps structure debt and equity offerings for a variety of deals spanning all asset classes.
Armaan brings a diverse skill set to the team, including his analytical experience from portfolio management and leadership experience from operations.
Armaan is passionate about solving complex finance problems and about residential real estate.
I joined Canada ICI for the opportunity to learn from and work with a team of experienced professionals in the real estate space.
I believe the keys to success are persistence, adaptability, balance, and knowing yourself.
I am proud of achieving over 90th percentile on the CFA Level 1 exam while balancing university studies.
I am looking forward to continuously learning about various transactions in commercial real estate and helping the Origination team reach its goals.
I am working towards my CFA charter.
