Bio
Larry is a part of Canada ICI’s origination team, responsible for structuring financing solutions for a wide array of deals nationwide. Since joining Canada ICI, Larry has helped coordinate over $850 million in mortgage capital across a diverse range of asset classes.
Larry’s familiarity with real estate comes from hands-on experience acquiring and managing a portfolio of residential properties. Prior to joining Canada ICI, Larry worked as an engineer and scientific researcher in the manufacturing industry. He brings a diverse set of skills and perspectives from experiences in construction, manufacturing, automotive, tech, and AI.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because we are able to contribute to community projects in a meaningful way.
I believe the key to success is finding a balance between something that I’m good at, something that I’m interested in, and something that I believe is valuable to the world.
What I find fascinating is the multi-disciplinary thinking involved in commercial real estate. Each property behaves like an independent business, and no two deals are exactly the same.
