April joined Canada ICI in April of 2018. Prior to joining Canada ICI April has over 5 years of investment & analysis experience most recently with a Capital Markets team in Shanghai and a National Investment team here in Edmonton. April’s primary role at Canada ICI includes working with a team of Mortgage Analysts to conduct market research, underwrite deals, assist brokers in the structuring and funding of commercial real estate loans and develop loan proposals.
