Bio
Michael has been working in real estate finance for over ten years. His primary role at Canada ICI includes leading a team of Mortgage Analysts to underwrite deals, assist in the structuring and funding of commercial real estate loans and develop loan proposals.
He has been successfully coordinating over $2.47 Billion in 206 loans across all commercial asset classes including multifamily (rental, condo and townhomes, CMHC financing), retail, industrial, office, seniors, hotels, mobile home parks, self-storage and land.
