Bio

Rizwan has been with Canada ICI for over 11 years, working with some of Canada’s largest public and private institutional clients. Rizwan has closed hundreds of financing transactions during his active tenure totalling nearly $3.0 billion dollars of mortgage capital. As Director of mortgage financing, Rizwan has provided unique and creative financing solutions on all types of construction, acquisition and equity structures for industrial, multi-family, retail and office assets across the country.
