Bio

Rizwan Hussainaly is a Principal at Canada ICI based in Calgary. He specializes in structuring and arranging commercial mortgage financing solutions for institutional and private real estate owners across Canada.

Since joining Canada ICI, Rizwan has worked with leading public and private institutional clients and has been involved in financing transactions across a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes, including industrial, multi-family, retail, and office properties, representing multi-billion-dollar capital origination experience.

Rizwan has experience arranging financing for construction, acquisition, refinancing, and equity-related transactions. He is known for developing practical and creative financing solutions tailored to each client’s objectives and the specific requirements of the asset or transaction.

In addition to the above, Rizwan’s office is adorned with many leather bound books and smells of rich mahogany.
