Bio
Michael accepted his role with Canada ICI in 2021 after working as a summer student and completing his Bachelor’s of Business Administration. He has joined Calgary’s origination team to assist with structuring mortgage opportunities throughout Canada.
His primary responsibilities include market research, underwriting loan packages and funding transactions across all commercial real estate asset classes – including; multifamily, land, retail, industrial, and office.
Michael’s previous experience in commercial real estate valuation and asset management has enabled him to have an immediate impact within the Canada ICI team.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because of the exposure to several different aspects of the industry.
I believe the keys to success are curiosity, determination, and integrity.
What I find fascinating is that each transaction is different from the last. Each has its own unique characteristics, challenges, and opportunities.
I am looking forward to continuing to contribute to the development of the commercial real estate landscape across the country.
