Peter Joseph

Bio

Peter became an integral part of the Toronto office in 2023, responsible for underwriting debt for all commercial real estate asset types on behalf of investors and real estate developers. His key responsibilities involve conducting due diligence and actively contributing to the funding process.

Before joining Canada ICI, Peter worked at a commercial real estate brokerage, focusing on business and industrial property sales. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from NAIT and is currently pursuing his Post-Graduate Certification in Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.

I like working in commercial real estate finance because I am exposed to all asset classes through various loan structures that are tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

I believe the keys to success are work ethic, the cultivation of discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement in your craft.
