Brandon Park is an Associate Director within the Canada ICI Edmonton office. Brandon’s expertise stems from his experience with private and publicly-traded real estate companies focused on retail, office, and industrial asset classes located in Western Canada.
His background as a real estate asset manager provides a unique perspective and depth of knowledge to Borrowers and Canada ICI’s Lenders. At Canada ICI, his focus will shift to structuring creative financing solutions to private real estate owners, institutions, developers, and non-profits alike.
I joined CICI because it was an opportunity to work at the intersection of commercial real estate and finance under a unique platform.
