Josh joined Canada ICI’s mortgage origination team in 2022 and is a Director of Mortgage Origination. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and funding commercial mortgage investments across various asset classes. Josh works closely with clients and lending partners to deliver tailored financing solutions and ensure a seamless funding process.

Prior to joining Canada ICI, Josh was a commercial real estate appraiser specializing in all asset types within the Edmonton CMA. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from the University of Alberta.

I joined Canada ICI because the firm is filled with some of the brightest and most determined minds in commercial real estate finance.

I like working in commercial real estate finance because of the breadth of knowledge that can be attained. No two deals are identical, which allows learning into perpetuity.

I believe the keys to success are a culmination of hard work, determination, resiliency, and integrity.

I am proud of my continued involvement with the University of Alberta Real Estate Club. This club provided me mentorship and insight into the professional world; I look forward to contributing to this.
