Francesco Guido

Profil

Francesco is a graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing. Throughout his studies, he gained experience in a variety of roles, including as a Funding Analyst and Commercial Real Estate Student at a bank. Additionally, Francesco was a part of the University of Alberta Golden Bears Soccer team, where he developed essential teamwork skills.

Through these experiences, Francesco developed a strong interest in commercial real estate and financial analysis. He is excited to apply his analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for the industry as part of a team of driven professionals.

I joined CICI because I am interested in learning more about trends and projections for commercial real estate across Canada.

I like working in commercial real estate finance because it involves working with physical properties, and every deal has different complexities to it.

I believe the keys to success are hard work, and being your authentic self.

If you ask about me, my colleagues would say I am hard working, outgoing, and personable.

I am motivated by wanting to be able to look back at my career and be proud of it once it is over.
