Catia Arantes joined Canada ICI in 2025 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance at Toronto Metropolitan University.
Prior to joining Canada ICI, Catia completed 3 co-op terms at RBC Global Asset Management. Two of these terms were on the Investment Policy team, and the remaining term was on the Private Markets Commercial Mortgage team.
At Canada ICI, Catia will be assisting the Mortgage Origination team with analyzing commercial mortgages, as well as the management of the loans.
I like working in commercial real estate finance because no day is the same as there is a new task and challenge in every deal that comes across the table.
I believe the keys to success are being determined and fully applying yourself to the task at hand, while also knowing when to ask for help.
I have my sights set on being an active contributor to Canada ICI’s continued growth and success.
My strengths are that I am dependable and open to take on new challenges.
I am looking forward to applying and expanding my knowledge on mortgages.
