Bio
Before joining Canada ICI in 2024, Brian Faddoul worked as a mortgage broker at PMML, a mortgage brokerage firm and commercial real estate agency, since 2020. He was involved in over 300 debt-financing transactions in his career across multifamily, retail, office and industrial assets. Before that, Brian was a commercial banker for TD Bank and worked in the mutual fund industry as an inside sales representative.
Brian is passionate about commercial real estate and has built an excellent reputation among lenders and peers in the industry. His in-depth knowledge of financing products and underwriting policies allows him to manage highly complex financing files for borrowers. Brian is a highly dedicated professional with a constant desire for learning, reflected in his commitment to excellence.
