Emmanuel Garzon

Emmanuel graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Real Estate. Whilst at Concordia, he participated in the COOP program, Concordia Real Estate Club, and simultaneously obtained his mortgage brokerage license.

Prior to joining Canada ICI, Emmanuel honed his skills in acquisitions and development with one of Montreal’s leading mini-storage groups, where he spent considerable time underwriting and structuring transactions. It was there that he discovered the make-or-break of any deal: financing. Motivated to deepen his expertise he set out to join Montreal’s premier commercial lender.

Subsequently, in 2024, Emmanuel joined Canada ICI, contributing to over $1 billion in complex commercial financing transactions. Assisting originators and clients across Québec on a broad range of asset classes—Multifamily, Office, Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, Land, and specialty properties—through conventional, conventional+, and insured financing structures, including purchases, refinances, bridge, and construction loans.

Emmanuel remains dedicated to helping his clients secure the optimal CRE financing solutions and is proud to be part of a team recognized industry-wide for its expertise, reputation, and collaborative approach.
