Bio

Beginning his professional career at a young age, Emmanuel contributed to his family business in the retail footwear industry. It was there that he gathered the importance of client relationships and personability.

Later, through mentorship, networking, and attending university, he discovered his true passion for real estate. He took an integral role within the Concordia Real Estate Club, which led him on a mission to find his place in the industry.

Emmanuel developed his underwriting skills during his first role at Montreal Mini Storage as an Acquisition Analyst. Shortly after, he found his second role at Avenir; where he gained hands-on experience in project management, construction, and development processes.

Having worked in acquisitions and development, he spent considerable time underwriting deals and trying to understand the acquisition structures. He discovered the true make-or-break of any deal: financing. With his interest peaked, he set out to acquire his mortgage brokerage license, deepen his underwriting knowledge, and identify the premier Commercial Mortgage firm in Montreal – Canada ICI.
