Stefano Zottola

Bio

Before joining Canada ICI in 2021, Stefano worked for MFCI Capital for seven years after graduating from the John Molson School of business. Stefano worked as a mortgage underwriter and originator, working with some of Quebec’s largest real estate developers and investors; he has direct experience transacting upwards of $1B of commercial mortgages.

Stefano obtained a post-graduate certificate in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) from UBC Sauder School of Business and is a licenced mortgage broker in Quebec.
