Bio

Malika joined Canada ICI to deepen her understanding of commercial real estate finance and to work alongside a team of accomplished, forward-thinking professionals. With an academic background in finance and a minor in real estate from Concordia University, she brings a well-rounded skill set, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to her role. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in real estate and quickly recognized it as the professional path she was most passionate about. She is now focused on building a meaningful career in the industry, grounded in continuous learning, growth, and impact.

I joined CICI because of its strong reputation in the real estate financing industry and its consistent track record as a top performer. I was drawn to the opportunity to learn from a highly experienced team and to be part of a company known for its professionalism, collaboration, and excellence in execution.

I believe the keys to success are staying motivated by a genuine desire to understand the complexities of commercial real estate transactions, being dedicated to continuously sharpening analytical and problem-solving skills, and always looking for ways to contribute meaningfully to the team’s overall success.

I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge in commercial real estate by working on a variety of projects across different asset classes, deepening my understanding of deal structuring, and building lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues along the way.
