Kale Thompson brings a dynamic blend of client service expertise and operational precision to CICI. Formerly an Educator at lululemon, Kale honed strong interpersonal skills by engaging with customers to deliver personalized product recommendations. In addition to front-line service, Kale supported key store operations, managing inventory and processing over 1,000 units multiple times per week. This experience sharpened Kale’s attention to detail, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and commitment to delivering high-quality product education—skills that now contribute to CICI’s performance-driven culture and collective success.

Kale’s passion for commercial real estate was sparked through extensive networking, including numerous coffee chats with industry professionals prior to joining CICI. These conversations deepened Kale’s understanding of the field and fueled a commitment to continuous learning and relationship-building. Volunteering at the 2025 Edmonton Real Estate Forum further solidified Kale’s interest, offering valuable insights into the local market and reinforcing a dedication to the industry.
