Prior to joining Canada ICI, Jin spent over 12 years working as an underwriter in Alberta’s insurance industry.

I like working in commercial real estate finance because it involves strategic decision-making, diverse projects and opportunity to contribute to real-word development.

I believe the keys to success are perseverance, continuous learning, and maintaining a positive mindset.

I am motivated by the opportunities to learn and grow.
