Bio
Cedric graduated from the Alberta School of Commerce in 2021 with a major in Finance. After graduating, he worked for the Government of Canada in the Chief Financial Officer Branch. He quickly became adept at budgeting, forecasting expenditures, and analyzing cash flows. As an analyst and portfolio manager for the CMHC team, Cedric will be applying his finance skills and expanding the scope of work that Canada ICI does as a CMHC approved lender.
I joined CICI because the work environment encourages learning and allows me to apply my knowledge and experience as a financial analyst.
I believe the keys to success are keeping an open mind and always asking questions.
If you ask about me, my colleagues would say that I have a creative outlook on problem-solving and am a self-starter.
I am looking forward to learning everything there is to know about commercial real estate finance.
