Bio
Jennifer joined Canada ICI in 2017. Throughout the years, she’s gained extensive knowledge in the commercial mortgage industry. From ensuring regulatory compliance in all related mortgage documentation to preparing and managing all loan documents, Jennifer now leads both the Documentation and Funding departments within the Asset Management Group.
I believe the key to success is learning from your mistakes. We all make mistakes at times in our careers and personal lives, but it’s what you take from those experiences that will allow you to continue to learn and grow and become a stronger individual.
My strengths include my strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
I’m proud of how much I have grown within Canada ICI in a short period of time and the relationships I’ve built over the years.
Working at Canada ICI has taught me that every day is different and that the individuals who are successful are the ones who can continually change and adapt to the constantly shifting environment.
What I like most about working at Canada ICI is its culture and its environment. It’s easy to see you’re not just another number in the firm but treated as an integral part of the overall business.
